The 20-acre downtown redevelopment will consist of a mix of apartments, commercial office space and retail divided into four separate phases:

Phase I: 300 apartments south and west of Highway 14

Phase II: 75,000 square feet of retail, office, service uses

Phase III: 200 apartments directly north of Phase II

Phase IV: Marina, potential restaurant/lodging
